Questions parents ask
How much time does it take?
Less than you would think. A session runs about ten minutes and they can play more if they want to, so it fits around school and clubs instead of competing with them. There is no daily target to miss.
Which devices does it work on?
Any tablet, phone or computer with a web browser. There is nothing to download from an app store. Just log in and play.
Is it aligned to the school curriculum?
Yes. Spelling, maths and English follow the KS1 and KS2 curriculum, with each area levelled on the year it is taught. Verbal and non-verbal reasoning sit outside the curriculum on purpose: they are not taught in school, which is exactly why selective tests use them.
Do you cover the 11+?
Yes. Alongside spelling, maths and English we cover verbal and non-verbal reasoning, the two papers most children meet for the first time in the exam itself. Nothing in school teaches them, which is exactly why selective tests use them. We will not promise you a place at a particular school, but the practice is there and it goes as deep as everything else.
What if the work gets too hard?
Then it gets easier. If your child starts slipping in an area, that area steps back a level and rebuilds, rather than letting them guess their way through questions they are not ready for. Each area moves on its own, so a wobble in one place never pulls down the subjects they are strong at.
How many children can I add?
